MINIMUM ORDER: $125.00

• We reserve the right not to ship an order if the previous order has not been fully paid.
• There will be a 1.5% monthly late charge added to delinquent balances.

SHIPPING

• All orders are shipped F.O.B. Our warehouse Hialeah, FL, USA.

CLAIMS

• Notify Love is in the Air within 7 days of the delivery of the merchandise if you should encounter any problems with your order.

NEW ACCOUNTS

• For your convenience, we accept Visa, Master Card, American Express or Discover.

PRICES

• All prices are F.O.B. Hialeah, FL, USA, prices are subject to change without notice.

ORDERS

• Our minimum order is $125.00.
• Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. During holiday season orders are processed within 3-4 days.
• We reserve the right to require prepayment of any order.

RETURNS

• Customers may return merchandise up to 10 days after you received it. Customers assume the freight cost for the return shipment. All returns must be reported to our customer service department. We will credit your account only for merchandise that has been reported to us and then received by us in good condition.
A 15% restocking fee will be charged to your account.

RESALE CERTIFICATION

• Customers must provide by mail or fax their Tax ID Number or their Employer ID Number. On foreign customers, they must provide by mail or fax their Corporate ID Number.
